Wehaveanexcitingopportunitywithourclient,aTechnologyServicesbusinesslaunchinganewManagedServices(MSP)division,andwe'relookingforanexperiencedSolutionsArchitecttohelpbuildandgrowthedivisionfromthegroundup.
Workingwithanexistingclientbaseofaround2,000accounts,youllleadthesalesstrategy,supportaccountmanagersinidentifyingopportunities,andmanageearlyclientengagementsfromdiscoverythroughtoonboarding.
This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys building new fuctions, shaping processes, and working closely with both sales and technical teams.

Experience&SkillsRequired
ProvenexperienceinaManagedServiceProviderormanagedITServicesbusiness
Strongunderstandingofrecurringrevenueandmanagedservicemodels
ExperiencewithtechnologiessuchasMicrosoft365,RMM,PSA,SOC/MDR,orendpointmanagement
Abilitytotranslatetechnicalservicesintocommercialsolutions
Experiencetrainingorenablingsalesteams
Strongclientrelationshipandconsultativesellingskills
Technicalpre-sales,solutiondesign,onboardingor project management experience is ideal, but not essential.
