The Role:

• Collating title due diligence for property finance transactions
• Drafting standard securities and discharges
• Preparing and submitting Land Registration application forms
• Reviewing draft advance notices
• Assisting with transaction completions
• Managing post-completion matters, including issuing lender title packs

About You:

• Previous experience in commercial or residential property
• Strong organisational skills and attention to xwzovoh detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
