About the Role
At Harmony Fire, our work saves lives. As M&E Pre-Construction Manager, you will lead the commercial and operational success of the Pre-Construction function, owning the full pre-construction cycle from initial client engagement through to seamless handover to Delivery.
This is not a role for someone who manages from a distance. You will be on the front line, building client relationships, driving gross profit, developing your team, and setting the standard for everything that comes before a project breaks ground. You will be accountable for the performance of the Pre-Construction team and trusted to represent Harmony Fire at the highest level.
If you are commercially sharp, obsessive about the detail, and ready to lead a team that sets the tone for every project we deliver, read on.

Pre-Construction Delivery
- Oversee the execution of project delivery strategies through to construction stage, including design, scope, specification, and programme
- Ensure rigorous risk identification and mitigation at every stage of the pre-construction process
- Uphold a zero-compromise standard on accuracy, detail, and quality across all submissions, surveys, and reports
- Record all activities in Salesforce, ensuring full visibility and accountability across the team
