I’m working with a fast-growing, digitally-led retail brand that has scaled to circa 200 people and continues to invest heavily in its technology and operations.

They’re now looking to bring in a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of business-critical integration and systems projects across ecommerce, logistics and back-office platforms.

This is a key hire. You’ll be the experienced voice in project delivery, working alongside an existing PM and helping bring more structure, consistency and accountability to how projects are delivered.

The role:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects across ecommerce and operational systems
• Lead on planning, scoping and execution, ensuring projects land on time and to a high standard
• Act as the central point between engineering, operations, third parties and senior stakeholders
• Drive clarity around timelines, risks and dependencies across the business
• Bring structure to delivery, improving processes, tools and ways of working

What they’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in project management within a technology or digital environment
• Background in ecommerce, retail or 3PL/logistics-focused businesses
• Strong experience delivering systems or integration projects (e.g. ecommerce platforms, ERP, WMS, APIs)
• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable operating across both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments where priorities xwzovoh shift
