The firm are looking to hire a Residential Property Lawyer with 1+ years PQE, either qualified Solicitor, Chartered legal Executive or a licenced Conveyancer.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
• Offer clear and timely legal advice on all conveyancing matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and associated legal documents.
• Control transactions from initial instruction to completion, ensuring deadlines are achieved and clients remain fully informed.
• Handling sales, purchases.
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Newbuilds

Requirements:

• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with initiative.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with strong multitasking ability.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• A proactive team player capable of managing your own workload, adapting to changes, and prioritising effectively.
• Applicants must be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered legal Executive or a licenced Conveyancer.
