Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000

The role of the SHEQ Manager Window & Door Manufacturing will involve:
SHEQ Manager position responsible for implementing the highest health, safety, environmental and quality for two manufacturing sites
Lead and maintain QHSE management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards, ensuring ongoing compliance and audit readiness.
Ensure products consistently meet required specifications, regulatory standards, and customer expectations.
Drive health and safety performance through effective risk management, incident investigation, and implementation of safe working practices.
Plan and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring non-conformances are addressed with robust corrective actions.
Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities (including energy and sustainability), and report outcomes to senior management.
Pathway to progress to group SHEQ covering multiple sites
The ideal applicant will be a SHEQ Manager Window & Door Manufacturing with:
Must have experience in Quality control and Health and Safety or equivalent position
Ideally have experience in the manufacturing industry
Experienced in all areas of Health and Safety maintaining policies, assessing risks, training, audits and inspection, dealing with incidents and reporting
Knowledge of BS OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001 standards in a heavy production environment xwzovoh
Ideally will have knowledge of environment (ISO 14001) and quality (ISO 9000)
Excellent relationship management skills
Must be an excellent communicator and leader
