An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a leading global medical device manufacturer at the forefront of infusion technology. We are seeking a Project Coordinator – Operations to support cross-functional teams delivering sustaining solutions across an established portfolio of infusion products.
This is a high-impact support role where your coordination and organisational skills will contribute to patient safety, regulatory compliance, product quality, and operational excellence.
The Role
As Project Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of operations-focused projects, helping to ensure the smooth coordination of activities and timely delivery of key milestones. Working across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions, you will play a central role in organising teams, maintaining structure, and keeping projects on track.
You’ll gain exposure to project management tools, processes, and governance in a highly regulated environment, while contributing to the ongoing success of critical product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and delivery of operations projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are tracked and communicated.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including:
- Tracking timelines and deliverables
- Supporting resource coordination
- Monitoring risks and actions
- Organise and facilitate project meetings, ensuring agendas, minutes, and actions are clearly documented and followed up.
- Act as a central point of coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication of project updates, risks, and actions.
- Support risk management activities by tracking issues and ensuring appropriate escalation where required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Learn and apply standard project management procedures, tools, and systems used within the organisation.
- Contribute to the continued manufacture of high-quality infusion products and spares in line with safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
About You
You are a highly organised and proactive individual with experience working as part of a project or operations team. You enjoy coordinating people and activities, driving meetings, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Essential:
- HND or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
- Experience working within a project team or operations environment (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain).
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way.
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience using or willingness to learn project management tools and software.
Desirable:
- Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, etc.).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies or frameworks. xwzovoh
