Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor - Freelance - New build residential This leading residential main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work on freelance basis for an initial contract of 6 months initially, managing subcontractor accounts. The project is a new build apartment project in Surrey near to J12 of the M25 not far from Heathrow. Having started earlier this year, it is well into construction, and you will join to manage subcontractor accounts. You will be based on this project, but you will pick up some duties for another live job. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will have a recognised UK Construction qualification and residential experience for leading residential contracting companies. It is likely you will have 5-10yrs postgraduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor. You will also live a reasonable distance from the site.
