Registered Manager Opportunities – Children’s Residential (EBD)

London (NW1) | Nottingham (NG23) | Doncaster (DN9)

£52,000 – £64,280 + Bonuses + Car Allowance

We are working with a well-established children’s residential provider who are expanding their portfolio and seeking experienced Registered Managers and strong Deputies ready to step up.

This is a rare opportunity to either:

  • Reopen and lead an existing home in London, or
  • Open and shape brand new services in Nottingham or Doncaster


The Roles

London (NW1) – 3 Bed EBD (Reopening Service)

  • Salary: £52,000 + bonuses (OTE £58,600)
  • Car Allowance: £3,000 or company car
  • Annual Leave: 32 days (increasing with service)
  • Bonuses:Ofsted: £3,000 (Outstanding) / £1,500 (Good)
  • Occupancy: £300 per month
  • On-call: Included (shared, minimal)

Ideal for a manager who can stabilise, relaunch and drive standards quickly


Nottingham (NG23) – 4 Bed EBD (New Service)

Doncaster (DN9) – 4 Bed EBD (New Service)

  • Salary: £54,080 (OTE up to £64,280)
  • Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays
  • Bonuses:Ofsted: £3,000 (Outstanding)
  • Occupancy: £600 per month
  • On-call: £25 weekday / £35 weekend

These roles require strong leaders capable of opening, registering, and running standalone homes


What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Manager OR strong Deputy Manager ready to step up
  • 2–3+ years’ experience in senior leadership within children’s residential care
  • Proven track record contributing to Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
  • Experience within EBD homes
  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare (essential)
  • Level 5 Leadership & Management (or working towards)
  • Ability to lead teams, manage compliance, and drive occupancy
  • Willingness to attend meetings/interviews in West Yorkshire (head office)
  • Full transparency around any compliance history required


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading day-to-day operations of the home
  • Driving Ofsted standards and outcomes
  • Building and developing a high-performing staff team
  • Ensuring safeguarding, compliance, and quality care delivery
  • Managing placements, occupancy, and relationships with stakeholders
