This is a fantastic opportunity to work with young people who need encouragement, structure, and the right support to thrive. --- ### What You'll Be Doing * Supporting students with **ASD, SLCN, MLD, and a range of learning needs** * Working **1:1 and in small groups** to support learning and development * Helping to build **confidence, communication, and independence** * Creating a **safe, structured, and positive learning environment** --- ### About the Setting This specialist provision supports students aged 7-16 with learning disabilities and communication needs.
