The Role We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator with die cutting experience to join our production team in Gillingham. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of display stands, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities * Operate die cutting machinery to produce retail display components * Set up machines, including tooling and materials, to meet production requirements * Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed * Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting * Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications * Follow health & safety procedures at all times * Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines Requirements * Proven experience operating die cutting machinery * Strong attention to detail and quality control * Ability to read and interpret job specifications and technical drawings * Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills * Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team * Flexibility to work shifts if required What We Offer * Competitive salary of £28,800 per year * Stable, full-time position * Supportive team environment * Opportunities for training and development If you have the skills and experience we’re looking for and want to be part of a dynamic manufacturing team, we’d love to hear from you
