CNC Cutter Grinder West Midlands (On-site) 35,000 - £45,000 per year (depending on experience) Monday - Friday Flexible shifts: 5am-1pm or 7am-3pm We are looking for an experienced CNC Cutter Grinder to join a well-established and supportive manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a skilled group of 18 CNC professionals, within a wider team of 28, where progression and development are encouraged. The Role * As a CNC Cutter Grinder, you'll play a key role in the production of both standard and bespoke precision cutting tools. Your responsibilities will include: * Setting, programming and operating CNC grinding machines (Walter, Rollomatic or ANCA). * Producing tools to a high level of accuracy and precision. * Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications. * Inspecting and measuring completed tools using both standard and advanced measuring equipment. * Troubleshooting machine and tooling issues to minimise downtime. * Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient work environment. What We're Looking For * We're seeking someone who can hit the ground running with experience in CNC cutter grinding. The ideal candidate will have: * Proven experience on Walter, ANCA or Rollomatic CNC grinding machines. * Strong technical ability in setting and machine operation. * High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team. * Commitment to health & safety standards.
