The Post: 

We are looking for an Early Years Leader who can shape the direction of our Early Years setting and establish Strong Foundations into Year 1. 

The Person: 

You will need to be extremely secure in your own practice as an Early Years teacher anda commitment to inclusive education for all pupils is essential. You will need to be highly organised, determined and resilient and have strong spoken and written communication skills. You must be ready for leadership of a small experienced team.
