About the role
Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a new and exciting permanent position working for a small friendly business based in Kidderminster. You will be solely responsible for the day to day running of the purchase ledger function processing up to 500 invoices on a monthly basis. Your daily duties will include matching batching and coding invoices, processing payments, reconciling statements, resolving queries, processing expenses and month end close.
My client is looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk who can join the business and make this role their own. This is a part time role working 4 days per week, 2 days will be office based so would really suit someone who is local to Kidderminster. You must also have excellent interpersonal skills and have working knowledge of computerised accounting software
