FLT Operative / Mixing Department

FLT Operative / Mixing Department (6 month FTC) Flint £14.19 per hour 4 on 4 off – 12-hour shifts We are supporting a well-established manufacturing site in Flint who are looking for an FLT Operative to join their Mixing Department. This position will mainly focus on FLT support duties, moving materials and supporting production operations, alongside basic liquid training within the department. Key duties * Counterbalance & Reach truck operation * Supplying raw materials to production / mixing areas * Stock movement and general mixing department support * Assisting the Mixing team with basic liquid processes (full training provided) * Following site health, safety and hygiene standards What we’re looking for * Valid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences * Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment * Reliable with a good attitude towards team working * Open to learning basic liquid / mixing processes This is not a full Mixer role, but a great opportunity for someone with strong FLT experience who is happy to gain additional exposure within a production department
