Behaviour Mentor

Colmore Education is currently recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor to work in a school based in Telford. This is a full-time role starting ASAP, supporting students within an inclusion room—working closely with pupils who may display challenging behaviour and need additional guidance to stay engaged with their learning. 🔹 The role: • Supporting students with behavioural needs • Working within the school’s inclusion unit • Building positive relationships and promoting engagement • Helping students regulate behaviour and return to class successfully 🔹 We’re looking for someone who: • Has experience working with young people (school, youth work, or similar) • Is calm, resilient, and consistent • Can manage challenging behaviour positively • Is passionate about making a difference This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to have a real impact and support students who need it most. 📩 If you’re interested or would like more information, please get in touch or apply today
