School Administrator - Part-Time (Mornings) - Haringey - Primary School
A welcoming and well-organised Primary School in the borough of Haringey is seeking an experienced School Administrator to join their busy front office team on a part-time, Monday to Friday basis.
This School Administrator role offers consistent morning hours, working 8:30am - 12:30pm daily, making it ideal for someone looking for school-hours work within a structured and supportive environment.
PLEASE NOTE: Only candidates with previous UK school experience will be considered for this School Administrator role. Applications without school-based experience will not be shortlisted.
Key Requirements for the School Administrator
Must have previous experience working as a School Administrator in a UK school setting
Strong working knowledge of SIMS is essential for this School Administrator role
ARBOR experience is highly desirable but not essential
Confident handling attendance, pupil records, and general school office duties
Excellent communication and organisational skills expected of a School Administrator
Ability to work independently during busy morning periods
School Administrator Responsibilities
Managing daily administrative tasks within the school office as a School Administrator
Using SIMS confidently for attendance, data entry, and pupil records as a School Administrator
Supporting staff, parents, and visitors as the first point of contact as a School Administrator
Assisting senior leadership with clerical and organisational tasks as a School Administrator
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times as a School AdministratorThis School Administrator opportunity is ideal for an experienced school-based administrator seeking stable, part-time hours within a supportive Haringey primary school.
