What you'll be doing Serve as an escalation point for junior engineers and ensure protocols are followed and key issues are escalated to the right team Coach and mentor your team of 4
- 8 engineers Ensure smooth handovers between teams from days to nights Foster a positive working environment promoting a continuous learning ethos Communicate with customers to ensure SLA's are met What's on offer Salary up to £37k

Proven experience leading xwzovoh a team of engineers from a performance management perspective Understanding of escalation protocols Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, Networks etc Proven people manager with ability to lead a positive office culture Hands on technical skills are not necessary but are desirable Strong communicator able to communicate with customers in the public and private sector Eligible to undergo UK Security clearance checks
