The Opportunity

You’ll join a well-established Property & Leisure team, taking responsibility for planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse public estate.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing planned and reactive maintenance programmes
• Carrying out building inspections and condition surveys
• Preparing specifications, tendering, and contract administration
• Overseeing contractors and ensuring quality and compliance
• Managing budgets and certifying payments
• Supporting H&S compliance (CDM, asbestos, legionella, etc.)
• Working with internal teams to maintain safe, efficient public assets
