The ideal Lead Nursery Teacher will:

• Hold QTS/EYTS or an equivalent teaching qualification suitable for a Lead Nursery Teacher
  
• Have strong experience within EYFS, ideally as a Lead Nursery Teacher or in a similar position
  
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of child development and Early Years pedagogy as a Lead Nursery Teacher
  
• Be a confident and inspiring Lead Nursery Teacher with leadership capabilities
  
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills as a Lead Nursery Teacher
