Location: Derby (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote once settled)

Contract Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Workforce Planning Manager to join our team in Derby to provide crucial support across current and future projects. Sitting within the Power Transmission & Distribution (Power T&D) business function, you will work closely with the wider Workforce Planning team to manage, allocate, and optimise resourcing across multi-site operational environments.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role ideal for someone with a background in workforce management, resource planning, or recruitment who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Resourcing & Allocation: Capture, log, and manage project demand, ensuring the effective and timely allocation of operational staff and operatives to project sites.
• Future Planning: Assist in delivering strategic workforce plans to align current capacity with future project needs.
