You can expect exposure to the full spectrum of employment law, acting for both employees and employers. The work will span contentious and non contentious matters, including tribunal litigation, whistleblowing and discrimination claims, settlement agreements, drafting contracts, policies, handbooks and wider HR advisory work. No two days will look the same.To be considered, you will need solid experience in Employment Litigation together with strong knowledge of employment law and procedure. You'll be confident managing your own caseload, able to work under pressure, and comfortable delivering work to deadlines, KPIs and SLAs.
