Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced **Teaching Assistant** to join a supportive primary school. The school is looking for a committed and proactive individual who can confidently support teaching and learning across the classroom while helping pupils achieve their full potential.
This role would suit someone holding a **Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above**, with recent experience working within a UK primary school.
The successful candidate will be confident supporting pupils of varying abilities, delivering interventions, and working closely with teachers to raise attainment.
**The Role:**
* Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom
* Delivering small-group and targeted intervention sessions
* Supporting pupils with Maths, English, Reading, and Phonics
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
* Supporting behaviour management and positive learning environments
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above
* Has recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Experience delivering interventions and booster sessions
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable, proactive, and committed to pupil progress
