Registered Manager (Clinical) – Cornwall Salary: Up to £62,000 per annum Location: Cornwall We're recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established care service in Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical Registered Manager, ideally with an RGN or RNLD qualification, to join a supportive organisation focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care. We're particularly interested in candidates who: * Are an experienced Registered Manager within adult social care. * Hold a current RGN or RNLD qualification (RNLD preferred). * Have a strong background in learning disabilities, or experience across both learning disabilities and dementia services. * Candidates with a predominantly dementia care background will also be considered. * Have a proven track record of achieving positive CQC outcomes and leading high-performing teams. * Are passionate about delivering exceptional standards of care and driving continuous improvement.
