A leading national law firm is seeking an Employment Associate or Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join its team in Birmingham, Bristol or Leeds. You will handle a varied mix of advisory, transactional and contentious work. Typical matters include restructures, redundancy processes, employee relations, settlement negotiations, TUPE, due diligence, policy drafting and complex litigation. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent client‑handling skills and a commercial, solutions‑focused approach.
