Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include administering NEC contracts, managing medium‑size infrastructure projects, preparing ITT documents, providing technical leadership, mentoring junior staff, and developing client relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Quantity surveying commercial degree or equivalent qualification. Working towards a recognised chartership.
  • Experience administering the NEC suite of contracts and commercially managing infrastructure projects within at least one sector.
  • Good knowledge of standard measurement methods – Highways and CESMM – and procurement documents required in ITT preparation.
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques and technology; experience managing medium‑size projects with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with the full suite of Microsoft software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; proven record working within multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity for developing innovative, sustainable and cost‑effective solutions for clients.
  • Experience compiling ITT documents, project and technical leadership, mentoring and coaching junior staff, developing client relationships, and interest in business and account management.
