Personal Trainer
Location: Diamond Quality Care – Day Centre, Newbury (Berkshire)

We are looking for a passionate Personal Trainer to support clients in improving mobility, strength, and overall wellbeing through tailored exercise programmes.
You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, alongside physiotherapists, delivering support in both gym and hydrotherapy settings.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role focused on supporting clients to achieve their fitness and rehabilitation goals safely and effectively.
You will assess clients, design personalised programmes, and deliver engaging sessions tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assess clients and design tailored exercise programmes
Work closely with Physio / Neuro-Physio teams
Deliver safe and effective sessions in gym and hydro settings
Monitor progress and maintain accurate client records
Motivate and support clients to achieve their goals
Ensure all health & safety, safeguarding, and manual handling procedures are followed
Maintain cleanliness and safety across all areas
Conduct hydrotherapy safety checks (including water levels when required)
Build strong, professional relationships with clients and colleagues
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Personal Trainer (Level 3 preferred)
Experience in health, fitness, or rehabilitation settings (desirable)
Ability to design and adapt programmes to individual needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a proactive and supportive approach
Strong awareness of safety and compliance
