TheRole: TheFinancialPlanningAdministratorwillbeakeymemberoftheteamandwillbeinvolvedinallaspectsofclientserviceadministrationandFinancialPlanningsupporttoagrowingteamofFinancialPlannersandParaplanners.

TheFinancialPlanningAdministratorwillandscheduleandco-ordinateclientmeetingsandwillsupportcompliantnewbusinesssubmissionsbycompletinganddistributingallrelevantinternalandexternaldocumentation;activelymanagingtheprogressofsuchsubmissionsandensuringtheCRMsystemisupdatedcorrectly.

TheFinancialPlanningAdministratorwillactastheprimaryinterfaceforclientqueriesfrombothinternalandexternalclientstogetherwiththirdpartyprovidersandworkwithavariedclientbaseincludingindividualclients,trust,CourtofProtectionclientsandPowerofAttorneys.

TheFinancialPlanningAdministratorwillberesponsibleforthepreparationofclientreviewreports,issuingFinancialPlanningrecommendationreportsandprocessingwithdrawalrequests.

Liaisingwiththirdpartiesregardinglettersofauthority;requestingpolicyinformation,fundswitchesandinstructingtransfersofstockand/orcash.

TheCandidate FinancialServicesAdministrationexperienceideallyIFAAdministration,FinancialPlanning,WealthManagementorInvestmentManagement.

Anappreciationofcomplianceandregulatoryknowledge.

Experienceusingclientmanagementsystems/financialplanningtools.
