Key responsibilities Maintained accurate customer records and pricing information Processed customer-related financial calculations and adjustments Liaised with customers and internal teams to resolve queries in a timely and professional manner Assisted with month end reporting and preparation of financial data Supported payment processing and carried out reconciliations Reviewed financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness Followed internal financial controls, policies, and procedures Managed shared inboxes and responded to queries across multiple regions Provided general support to the finance team with ad hoc tasks Previous experience Previous work experience in a similar role.
