About the role
Talent Guardian are working with a fast-paced business based in Poole who are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Associate to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing accounts, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer journey.
The role:
Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
Handling queries, complaints, and order updates
Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems
Supporting with orders, deliveries, and returns
Liaising with internal teams to keep customers informed
Proactively managing accounts and identifying opportunities to enhance service What we're looking for:
Previous customer service experience
Strong communication skills (phone and written)
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Proactive and solutions-focused
Comfortable using multiple systems What's in it for you:
