What Youll Be Doing Speaking with candidates across specialist Life Sciences markets Building relationships with biotech, pharma, and medtech companies Managing the full 360 recruitment process from outreach to placement Developing your own client base and market ownership Working to clear targets in a high-performance environment Learning consultative sales, negotiation, and recruitment skills What Youll Get £45K£50K OTE in year one £100K earning potential by year three Uncapped commission up to 40% with no threshold Full Academy training and structured 1:1 development Fast-track progression based on performance International travel and relocation opportunities Global incentives, awards, and performance trips Up to 35 days holiday (enhanced for top performers) Private medical insurance and company pension Employee ownership share scheme (50% employee-owned) High-energy, social team environment Free parking, casual dress, company events What Were Looking For Ambitious, driven individuals looking to build a career in recruitment or sales Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with people Competitive mindset and target-driven approach Resilient, coachable, and motivated by feedback Desire for high earning potential and rapid progression Degree educated or equivalent experience (any background considered) No recruitment experience is required.
