Shifts: Day and night work 7-day operation Rates of Pay: £15.23 per hour – days £21.75 per hour – Sunday days £17.98 per hour – nights £25.98 per hour – Sunday nights Benefits: Your benefits as an HGV Class 2 Driver will include: Free on-site parking Weekly pay On-site canteen and vending machines Day-to-Day Duties: Your duties as an HGV Class 2 Driver will include: Safely and efficiently operating Category C vehicles Delivering food products to store locations Ensuring all loads are safely secured Carrying out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Reporting any vehicle defects or issues to management Completing deliveries in a timely and professional manner Communicating effectively with the transport office regarding delays or issues Complying with all driving regulations and working time directives Completing all required paperwork accurately Essential Skills: The skills required to be an HGV Class 2 Driver are: A valid UK Category C driving licence A minimum of one year's experience as an HGV Class 2 Driver A valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN10, DR10, or DD10 codes) xwzovoh Strong communication and customer service skills Desirable Experience: More than two years' Category C driving experience Training: Paid site induction Full industry-related training and ongoing support throughout the assignment Apply: If you are ready to take on this opportunity as an HGV Class 2 Driver, apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.
