The Role Were looking for a driven, organised, and customer-focused Interiors Project Support Specialist to join our Complete Interiors division.
Youll play a key role in supporting our busy sales team, advising customers, and ensuring every project delivers exceptional results.
What Youll Do Consult with customers to understand their furniture and interiors needs, budgets, and preferences.
Provide expert product knowledge and guidance, keeping up to date with design trends and supply chain developments.
Drive sales and revenue by delivering tailored solutions that balance functionality, style, and cost.
Use design software to demonstrate how interiors can transform spaces into inspiring, efficient workplaces.
Build strong supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, consistent supply, and innovation.
Support and coach Customer Service Administrators, ensuring requests are handled promptly and accurately.
Act as an escalation point for customer issues, working closely with planners, delivery managers, and credit control.
Meet weekly and monthly objectives set by the Division Director.
What Were Looking For Experience in a sales-led environment (furniture/interiors industry experience is a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, adaptable across all levels.
Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude. xwzovoh
