Were working with a well-established FMCG manufacturer in Cumbernauld who are looking to add an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to their site team.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where reliability and responsiveness are critical.

The Role: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across all production and packaging machinery Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime Work with PLC systems for fault finding (modifications a bonus, not essential) Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures Work closely with production and engineering teams to keep operations running smoothly What Youll Need: Time-served Electrical Engineer (or equivalent qualification) Strong fault-finding ability within a manufacturing environment Experience working in FMCG or other fast-paced production settings Knowledge of PLCs (fault finding essential) Ability to work a continental shift pattern xwzovoh (days and nights) Whats on Offer: Competitive salary shift allowance Stable, well-invested manufacturing site Opportunity to be part of a high-performing engineering team Long-term career prospects within a growing business If youre the type who takes pride in keeping things running when others cant, get in touch with Empower Talent.
