Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Commercial Building - Hampshire - Immediate start - £19.40 per hour CBW is currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a portfolio of commercial buildings located across Hampshire. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. They will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.   Hours/Details: Monday to Friday 08:00am to 17:00pm Contract type: Ongoing contract Vehicle + fuel card Key duties & Responsibilities: Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution) Emergency lighting  Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Chillers - Re-set Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings General building fabric  maintenance Monitor mechanical plant Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings  Requirements: Electrically qualified (C&G, NVQ, or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance Installation experience Excellent customer service skill Honest, hard-working and reliable UK driving lisence needed For more information or to apply please email your updated CV to (url removed)
