Are you a Junior or Semi-Skilled Fitter from a manufacturing or industrial background looking for a fast-paced role within an established roofing manufacturer, working in a tight-knit team on a wide variety of state-of-the-art machinery with full training provided and the opportunity to gain recognised college qualifications?

This proven company has been leading the scene in manufacturing of roofing and construction materials. Offering a wide range of products, this 50-year-old company had long standing relationships with the UK's leading merchants and is looking to expand its small team of fitters to keep up with production demand.

In this role you will be a vital part of their 24/7 production cycle, diagnosing equipment and responding to planned and reactive breakdowns ensuring that the heavy equipment used can run at peak efficiency. This will be a 4 on 4 off schedule with12 hour shifts (6 till 6) rotating weekly working on blending tanks, mixing wells and lamination lines with training on anything that is unfamiliar to you.

This role would suit a Junior Fitter with maintenance or Electrical experience looking to join a well-established roofing company with overtime opportunities to boost your outcome.

The role:

• Conducting inspections and routine maintenance checks
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance
• Training through college
• 42 hours a week, 4 on 4 off schedule 12-hour shifts (6 till 6)
• Occasional
