Healthcare Architect Oxford Up to £45,000 Aztrum are proud to be working with an established architectural practice based in Oxford. Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Healthcare Architect to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities for this Healthcare Architect role: • Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of healthcare projects across multiple RIBA stages • Develop design proposals and technical information in line with project requirements • Produce and coordinate detailed drawing packages • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project lifecycles • Ensure projects meet relevant UK Building Regulations and healthcare standards • Support the wider team with project delivery and coordination Key Requirements for this Healthcare Architect role: • Qualified Architect (ARB registered or working towards) • Previous experience working within the healthcare sector is essential • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential • Experience working within a UK architectural practice • Strong technical and design skills • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes • Strong communication and organisational skills • Experience working across multiple RIBA stages If this opportunity sounds like a fit, please contact Harley at , or alternatively on 0 for more information
