- £40,000 Negotiable Commission Package (OTE £50k) Car Allowance Training Progression Autonomy Company Benefits West Midlands (Field-Based) Are you a Sales Engineer with a background in hydraulics or mechanical engineering, looking to join a well-established business offering strong earning potential and autonomy? You will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts across the West Midlands, providing technical solutions for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
This is a customer-facing role where you will work closely with blue chip clients to understand requirements, deliver tailored solutions, and support projects through to completion.
The company is a respected manufacturer and supplier of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, known for high-quality engineering, strong customer relationships, and end-to-end solutions from design through to installation and aftercare.

The Role: Develop new business and manage key accounts across the West Midlands
* Provide technical sales support for hydraulic and pneumatic systems
* Prepare tailored proposals and solutions based on customer requirements
* Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings
* Work closely with internal teams on design, installation, and after-sales support
* Build long-term relationships with customers and identify growth opportunities The Person: Experience in technical sales or applications engineering
* Background in hydraulics, pneumatics, or mechanical engineering
