The Role As Conveyancing Team Manager, youll oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of Property Lawyers, ensuring excellent service delivery and high performance across the board.

Youll play a pivotal role in managing team performance, developing legal talent, and embedding a positive, inclusive team culture.

This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone with both deep conveyancing knowledge and a genuine passion for people development.
