Deep Cleaning Technician (Rental Properties)

A UK-based cleaning firm is looking for experienced Deep Cleaning Technicians to prepare rental properties for incoming tenants.

The role involves detailed cleaning of empty properties to ensure they are spotless and ready for occupancy.

Role Responsibilities

• Full cleaning of vacant residential properties

• Deep cleaning kitchens, including ovens and all surfaces

• Bathroom cleaning, including descaling and mould removal

• Cleaning windows, floors, skirting boards, and doors

• Ensuring properties meet inspection standards

Working Pattern

• Flexible part-time hours, typically 4–8 hours per shift

• Mostly weekday work, with regular weekend opportunities

• Jobs allocated as they become available in your area

• This opportunity is for part-time jobs

Pay & Benefits

• £15 per hour

• £18 per job for use of your own cleaning materials and tools

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking expenses covered (except street-only parking)

1. At least 2 years’ experience in cleaning

2. Ability to work independently

3. Must provide own cleaning supplies and equipment

4. Access to reliable transport

5. Very good English communication skills
