Job Title: Multi Trade Operative Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Sector: Property Services Location: Staines-upon-Thames Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm Salary: £39,000.00 per annum We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a well-established local contractor specialising in social housing maintenance. This role offers a great long-term position carrying out a variety of repairs, refurbishments, and general maintenance across domestic properties within Staines-upon-Thames. Responsibilities: Carrying out a range of reactive maintenance and repair works within occupied residential properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and full compliance with health and safety standards. Installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of fixtures and fittings, including bathroom components, pipework, joinery items, and general property fittings. Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times, maintaining professionalism and clear communication with residents. Undertaking basic carpentry works as part of wider multi-trade maintenance duties. Carrying out wall tiling works to a high-quality finish, with strong attention to detail. Completing painting and decorating tasks associated with maintenance and refurbishment works.
