Description The Soft FM Porterage Manager will be responsible for the following: Manage and oversee porterage services to ensure smooth daily operations across the site. Coordinate with internal teams to maintain high standards of soft facilities management services. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the facilities management framework. Monitor and manage the performance of the porterage team, addressing any issues promptly. Oversee inventory and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment. Prepare and manage budgets for porterage and related services. Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding porterage and soft FM services.
