Fire Alarm Project Engineer

Project Engineer – Fire Alarm Systems 📍 South East London 💰 Up to £55,000 (including £4,500 car allowance) 🕒 Monday–Friday | 36 hours per week We are recruiting on behalf of a major infrastructure organisation for two Project Engineers (Fire Alarm Systems) to oversee fire alarm compliance and project delivery across operational commercial sites in South London. This is a project-focused position responsible for managing fire alarm assessments, contractor performance, and full lifecycle project delivery. The Project Engineer Role You will: * Conduct fire alarm system assessments in line with BS 5839-1 * Carry out site inspections and review contractor workmanship * Produce technical reports and photographic evidence * Develop scopes of work and technical specifications * Oversee Health & Safety compliance across your projects * Review tenders and support financial and programme management * Provide technical guidance to stakeholders * Ensure asset data and project records are accurately captured This is a mobile role requiring regular travel between sites.
