A highly regarded specialist SEN primary setting in High Barnet is seeking a talented and committed Primary Teacher to join their team from September on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging, creative, and highly differentiated lessons within a primary SEN setting
• Support pupils with autism through structured, consistent, and nurturing teaching approaches
• Create a positive and predictable classroom environment that promotes confidence and independence
• Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic development
• Use a range of communication strategies and SEN-informed practices to maximise student engagement and progress

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Strong experience working with pupils with SEN, particularly autism
• Confident in adapting the curriculum to meet a wide range of needs and abilities
• Patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education
• A reflective practitioner who thrives in a supportive team environment
