Looking for your next step in residential childcare? This is a fantastic opportunity to open and lead a brand-new childrens home (2-bed) in the Wirral, with full support to build your team and shape the service from day one.
?? The Role
Lead the setup and registration of a new childrens home
Recruit and develop your own staff team
Deliver high-quality care and ensure regulatory compliance
Create a safe, nurturing environment for young people
? Requirements
2+ years experience in residential childcare (within the last 5 years)
1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role
Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
?? What Youll Get
Salary up to £54,000 per annum
Bonus scheme + on-call payments
