Job Title: Psychology Graduate TA

Pay rate: £95–£120 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience working with children and young people?
GSL Education are currently welcoming applications from motivated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Dudley. This is an excellent opportunity to build valuable experience in education, SEN, and behaviour support while making a real difference in pupils’ lives.
As a Psychology Graduate TA, you will support pupils in the classroom and help them overcome barriers to learning.
Key Duties of Psychology Graduate TA:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across different age groups.
Support pupils with additional needs such as SEMH, ASD, and learning difficulties.
Assist teachers in delivering tailored and engaging learning activities.
Help manage behaviour and encourage positive engagement in learning.
Build supportive relationships with pupils to promote confidence and progress.
Observe and feedback on pupil development and wellbeing.
Essential Requirements of Psychology Graduate TA:
A degree in Psychology.
Strong interest in working with children and young people.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
Willingness to learn and develop within an educational setting.
An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
