About the Role

Academics is currently recruiting professional and dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers to support schools across the Swindon area. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a range of school settings, without the commitment of a full-time position. Temp-to-perm opportunities are also available.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons to ensure continuity of learning
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive environment
• Uphold high standards of teaching and professionalism
• Follow safeguarding procedures and promote an inclusive classroom

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous experience working in schools
• An up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Calm, adaptable, and approachable
