Semi-skilled Labourer

A successful family-owned building company that specialises in insurance repairs is looking for a Semi-skilled Labourer to join its established team due to new long-term contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Contract Manager.  You will be a hard working, self motivating and flexible to work as part of team across the East Yorkshire area.   As the Semi-skilled Labourer, your responsibilities will: Be responsible for completing primarily domestic insurance repair works as per the job card instructions.  Complete works to a high standard efficiently, maintaining health and safety on site, liaising with other trades and customer satisfaction. Strip out properties in preparation for building works. Ensure sites remain clean and tidy. Ensure materials available for multiple trades (mixing cement, plaster). Prepare site for safe working. Assist other trades to complete works as required.  We are looking for a Semi-skilled Labourer who has the following skills and experience: Experience of insurance re-instatement would be an advantage Demonstrable proven track record in a similar role working in occupied domestic environment. Insurance related background would be a great advantage. Labourer must be qualified suitable to the trade.  Experience in building labouring.
