Location: North London (N12)
Salary: £40,000 per year + Bonuses
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Care Home Manager to lead a residential care home in North London, supporting up to 23 residents specialising in elderly and dementia care.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up into a leadership role within a CQC-rated Good service, supported by a dedicated off-site operations team.

As Care Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
You will lead and develop your team, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service.
Key ResponsibilitiesSafe
- Safeguard residents from harm and ensure safe care practices
- Oversee medication management and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with DoLS and safeguarding procedures
- Conduct safety checks (fire, legionella, etc.)
Effective
- Ensure residents healthcare and nutritional needs are met
- Support staff development through supervision and training
Caring
- Promote dignity, respect, and person-centred care
- Build strong relationships with residents and families
Responsive
- Review and update care plans
- Respond to changing needs and feedback
Well-Led
- Lead staff and resident meetings
- Promote a positive, transparent culture
- Drive continuous improvement xwzovoh and service quality
- NVQ Level 5 / RMA / QCF Level 5 (completed or working towards)
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
- Minimum 2 years experience within residential care management
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
- Experience in elderly and dementia care (essential)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- IT literate (care systems, rostering, medication records)
- Full-time, permanent role
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Must be able to commute to North London or relocate
