Production Engineering Manager will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role does require being onsite 5 days a week. The salary for this role is up to £70k, depending on experience. What you’ll be doing  Leadership of Production Engineering -Responsible for ensuring people, processes and tools are appropriately aligned to our strategic objectives, supporting completion of SEA’s product development and project delivery activities championing Safety, Quality, Delivery and cost (SQDC Production Engineering Execution - Ownership of CAPEX budgets and project plans to enhance production layout, capacity and capability. Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement - champion improvements across all production areas and support root cause investigations. People Leadership - Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching and guidance to members of the Production engineering teamAbout our company At SEA, we develop and deliver advanced solutions to make our world safer, cleaner and more efficient.
